Save vehicles for later
A heart icon on every card and detail page adds the vehicle to a personal favorites list, persisted across visits.
Customer Journey
ADP Car Market Hub does not ship isolated pages. It connects discovery, evaluation, shortlisting and enquiry into one structured native WordPress experience, so visitors keep moving forward and dealers receive context-rich leads.
Visitor flow at a glance
A connected path through the native WordPress frontend. Visitors move from the inventory archive into a rich vehicle detail page, build a shortlist with favorites or compare, and send an enquiry that arrives with full vehicle context.
Stage 1 · Discover
The native vehicle archive opens the journey. Filters sit above the results, sorting and view modes are one click away, and every refinement updates the URL so visitors can share or bookmark their search.
Stage 2 · Evaluate
A real WordPress detail page brings the vehicle to life with a gallery, structured technical and energy data, equipment, financing context and clear contact actions, all in one consistent layout.
Stage 3 · Shortlist
Decision support is built into the journey. Visitors can save vehicles to favorites or place them side by side in a compare view, building a shortlist they can return to before contacting the dealer.
A heart icon on every card and detail page adds the vehicle to a personal favorites list, persisted across visits.
A compare view aligns up to four vehicles across price, specs and equipment, helping visitors choose with confidence.
Stage 4 · Enquire
When a visitor is ready to act, the enquiry form arrives in context, the vehicle, its key data and the dealer are already attached, so sales teams receive a complete, qualified lead.
Why the journey matters
The building blocks below connect each stage so visitors keep moving forward and dealers receive enquiries with full context.
Archive pages, filters and search results are real WordPress content, bookmarkable, shareable and indexable.
Every vehicle page presents gallery, specs, equipment and CTAs in the same consistent, scannable layout.
Visitors build a shortlist directly from the archive or detail page, persisted across visits via local storage.
Contact dealer, test drive and financing buttons appear at every decision point, ready when the visitor is.
Vehicle data, visitor message and dealer routing arrive together, so sales follow up is informed from the first reply.
Favorites, compare lists and saved searches persist, so returning visitors pick up exactly where they left off.
